Delmar Gardens, a senior living center of more than 120 rooms, faced stiff competition from surrounding nursing homes.  In 2004, they underwent major renovations to upgrade their facility.

With the help of Stellar Contracting, the result is an amazing transformation.  Changed from a dark, gloomy exterior of decaying cedar siding, to a bright & cheerful new façade, the facility was updated both inside and out.

Exterior renovations include a new stucco exterior with decorative aluminum balcony rails, covered entry walkways, parking lots, site-lighting, and landscaping.  Interior work includes renovated corridors with new carpeting, wallcovering and walk-rails, as well as a completely remodeled dining room and institutional kitchen.

Our relationship with Delmar Gardens continues today with a steady flow of small renovation projects and ongoing building maintenance.
